Questions about working together
Do you work on a fixed price or hourly?
Hourly. After a short intake you get an estimate in hours per phase, and we agree a budget we won’t exceed without talking to you first. Training is charged per session. For operations we agree a monthly fee you can cancel monthly.
Can you integrate with our existing systems?
Almost always. We integrate through APIs, databases, exports or, if we must, the user interface. The AI scan shows what’s possible.
What if the pilot doesn’t work?
Then you know after 4–6 weeks and a fixed investment, not after a year. You get an honest report on what worked and what didn’t, and the code is yours.
Do you offer staff training?
Yes. Since February 2025 the AI Act has required staff who work with AI to be sufficiently AI-literate. We run hands-on training on the tools we build and on responsible AI use.
